LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS

Our team of experienced 3D artists specializes in creating photorealistic architectural renderings that accurately depict your vision for a project.

The landscape architect is not a designer of objects, but of spaces between objects.

At Lexington House, we understand the unique challenges that landscape architects face when it comes to presenting their designs. From accurately conveying complex design concepts to navigating the approval process, we know that creating successful landscapes requires meticulous planning and attention to detail.

Our team of experienced 3D artists specializes in creating photorealistic architectural renderings that accurately depict your vision for a project. With our high-quality 3D renderings, landscape architects can easily communicate their design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Our detailed images will showcase the beauty and functionality of your designs, making it easier to secure approval and funding for your projects. Our goal is to help you to create visuals that will impress your clients, and give them the confidence to move forward with your projects.

Why Landscape Architects Use 3D Renderings

To present a realistic visual representation of the proposed design to clients.
To predict how the design will look in the real world.
To identify potential design flaws before starting construction.

OUR PROCESS

PLANNING
Step 1
We start by gathering all the relevant project information, such as design plans, elevations, and material specifications. This will ensure that the 3D model accurately represents your vision for the development.
MODELING
Step 2
We use 3D modeling software to create a 3D model of the landscape design including all relevant features such as plants, trees, hardscapes, and structures. This may involve importing the 2D plan into the software, or creating the model from scratch.
DETAILING
Step 3
We add materials and textures to the 3D model to give it a more realistic appearance. This may include grass, stone, wood, and other materials commonly found in landscape designs.
LIGHTING
Step 4
We use lighting and shading techniques to create a realistic 3D representation of the landscape design. This may involve adjusting the position of the sun, adding shadows, and applying ambient lighting to create a natural-looking scene.
RENDERING
Step 5
We use rendering software to generate high-resolution images of the 3D landscape design. This may involve adjusting various settings, such as the quality and resolution of the image, the level of detail, and the type of rendering algorithm used.
DELIVERY
Step 6
We deliver the 3D renderings to you digitally to present the landscape design to clients, or to create printed materials such as brochures or marketing materials.
PRESENTATION
Step 7
We continuously update and refine the 3D model as needed, based on feedback from clients and changes to the design. This may involve making changes to the model, re-rendering the images, and updating any printed materials.
