3D renderings are crucial for homeowners because they provide a detailed and realistic preview of what the finished product will look like. This allows you to make informed decisions and ensure that your home is exactly what you want it to be. Plus, our renderings are not only visually stunning, but they also provide valuable insights into potential design issues and solutions. With Lexington House, you can trust that your dream home will be expertly brought to life.

Why Homeowners Use 3D Renderings

To visualize the design of a home before it is built, allowing homeowners to make changes as needed.
To help homeowners get an idea of the size and layout of a home before making a commitment to construction.
To help homeowners make more informed decisions about the materials and finishes they want to use in their home, as they can see how different options will look in the final design.

OUR PROCESS

PLANNING
Step 1
We start by collecting the detailed design plan for the home, including relevant files that indicate dimensions, materials, and features. These plans might also include detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections, as well as specific materials and finishes for the project.
MODELING
Step 2
Next, we use a 3D modeling software to create a virtual model of the building based on the design plan. This typically involves creating a 3D wireframe of the building and adding details such as walls, doors, windows, and other architectural elements.
DETAILING
Step 3
Once the basic model is complete, it's time to add materials, textures, and colors to make it look realistic. This might involve applying different materials to different surfaces, such as wood for the floors and walls, metal for the doors and windows, and so on.
LIGHTING
Step 4
After the materials have been applied, it's time to set up lighting and shading to create the desired visual effects and mood. This might involve adding lights to the model and adjusting their intensity and color to create the right lighting conditions. It might also involve using shading techniques to add depth and dimensionality to the model.
RENDERING
Step 5
Once the lighting and shading are set up, it's time to use a rendering engine to generate high-resolution images of the building from different angles. This typically involves rendering the model from a variety of viewpoints and camera angles to create a complete set of images that show the building from all sides.
FINE TUNING
Step 6
After the initial renderings are complete, it's time to fine-tune the images to make final adjustments. This might involve adding people or vehicles to the scene to add context, or making small changes to the lighting or shading to create the perfect look.
PRESENTATION
Step 7

Finally, we save and share the final images with the homeowners for review and feedback.
